Exquisite Corpse 

I really liked the idea behind Exquisite corpse, how the mix of different styles work together as one artwork and how the artists have worked together to create one piece. My favorite was the first piece on your right as you walk in of the person, I think this idea worked best as each artist work joined together more clearly.

The Art of Storytelling.
Exhibition by  Emily Forgot, Amy Dover, Alaric Hammond. The use of only black & white makes their work more striking. I really like the surreal style and detailed pencil sketches, also like how the drawings are not perfectly drawn. Think they have lots of depth and character.

4Mations Update
I liked how the 4 and the M join together so I tried different ways to drawn the 4 shape to find which worked the best. I will continue to develop this idea more as I'm not happy with the 'ations' part of the logo being pixels too. Also think it makes it look too long, much prefer the 4M by itself.

Other stuff Ive been looking at...
I bought new book Threadless: Ten Years of T-shirts, I love looking on Threadless and this book is amazing it has some of the best work from the last 10 years and also has some interesting background info on designs/designers. It mainly for inspiration so I haven't read all of it yet.The book is well designed too and very inspiring.

Task?
I thought it might be good to improve my illustration skills by trying more different styles. I could pick a subject and choose my favorite inspiration work from each week and produce my own illustration based on that style.
