Update

 

One of my initial packaging design ideas for the YCN project, I like the idea of using mainly typography to get the Plan A message across but think this idea uses a bit too much and I don't think the main message stands out enough. Its made up from different recycling quotes and info from the Plan A site. 

Improving Illustration.. 

 

More illustration practice, I used the DKNY advert as a reference and based it on illustrator Christina Drejenstam style of work. Used pen and ink and black eye shadow on watercolour paper to achive the same effects. Happy with it but think I need to work on drawing hands more.

Went to Bemish Wild as thought be good chance to take some interesting shots. I got some great photos and the zoom is amazing, the only thing I want to improve is getting a sharp image when they are in flight or moving as I was getting blurred images, I need to get used to the camera more.

Found this book for under £4! Large collection of stickers from many different artists, its great for inspiration as there is so many different styles and characters.
