Would really like to try this kind of paper cut typography / illustration.. would be very annoying if you were nearly finished and made a mistake though :)

Think the logo looks much better with the 4mations tag under the 4M. Also using a typeface instead of pixels works much better too, the 3D effect gives it more depth and stands out more.
Banner Ideas
For the banner design I have been looking a old games such as space invaders and super mario as thought they would be eye catching and make people want to interact / click the banner.
